Teen Talks are free conversation workshops on topics of interest to teenagers, with moderators or special guests. Finding out that you are not the only one going through certain moments, that others share your feelings or discover what makes you so special, to be appreciated and to make friends, is the most important aspect in this stage of your life. Or maybe you would like to get lost in heated controversies about topics that society avoids or about topics that you do not encounter in your daily routine.
If you have such a topic, you would like to discuss it, you need advice or maybe you are the one who can help others, write to us and come for a tea and something sweet, in our workshops.
The duration of a meeting may vary depending on the number of participants and the topic chosen, and the participation fee is 20 Ron and 15 Ron for members.
Serenity Room is a special space for relaxation, with soothing video projections, comfortable mattresses, diffused light, ambient or meditation music and fragrant speakers – all to generate well-being, reduce anxiety, generate calm and stimulate creativity. The fee is 15 Ron and 10 Ron for members.
The “Brain Power” program – is designed specifically for relieving anxiety and stress, boosting mental strength, brain activation and increasing the power of concentration. It is also recommended for recovery after periods of physical and mental exertion. The program takes place in groups of maximum 6 participants at the rate of 60 Ron / 1h or 200 Ron / 4 sessions or individually at 100 Ron / 1h or 360 Ron / 4 sessions, and for members at 50 Ron / 1h or 160 Ron / 4 group sessions or 90 Ron / 1h or 320 Ron / 4 individual sessions.
